Joseph F. Dublin

Joseph was born on February 9, 1946 and passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2018. Joseph was a resident of Ohio at the time of passing. He attended Lockland High School, where he excelled in football. After graduating, he was offered the opportunity to play college football; but like so many young men in the 60's, he was drafted into the Army before making his dream to play college football a possibility.
