My deepest condolences to the family. I met Joe in Bulgaria after he was hired as the financial director of the Bulgarian PLC "Bor DP" which I was Managing director of. He became a great friend. And a wonderful colleague and team mate. I will miss his politics, his cynical sense of humor and his friendship. Goodbye Joe, love you lots. David
