Not sure what to say?

I am saddened to her of the passing of Mrs. Thomas. I have such fond memories of her at Cascade HS, where she played a big part in our lives and the life of the school. I learned so many things from her. Bless her and all her family. You and we were lucky to know her.

So very sorry to hear this. She was an amazing lady and person. So pleased to have had her in my life....

May the God of all comfort sustain your family during the days ahead Psalms 119:76

Martha and myself at Mason Lake Summer 1960

What great memories out at the cabin at "Little Hoquiam" on Mason Lake. Always enjoyed seeing Marlys, Bob, Rob, Marcy and Brian when we were all growing up.
What a great lady and what a great life.

So sorry for your loss. The Lord will wrap His arms of love and comfort around those who trust in Him. "Happy are those who mourn, since they will be comforted" (Matthew 5:4)

I have such fond memories of the time I worked with Marlys at Cascade High School. She was a first class educator and person. At one point, she was the Dean of Girls and I was the Dean of Boys. The titles sound archaic today but it seemed to work at that time. My deepest sympathy goes out to the family. The world has lost a soul who gave a lot more than she took; we could use more like her.

My sincere condolences on the passing of your dear mother. As a sophomore and junior at Cascade High, your mother was my Girls Club cabinet advisor. I adored her. I remember her telling me at the end of my junior year that she would be leaving Cascade; I cried. I relied on her guidance and kindness so much. And, I babysat for you very little ones on occasion. Such super parents you had. Mrs. Thomas a Lady extraordinaire.
