Karen:
So sad about JB! Sincere condolences...he was loved by all who knew him. Glad we got to see y'all at Homecoming. Prayers are with you. Jim and Marietta Wallace

Dear Karen,
I am so sorry about your tremendous loss and truly know the pain you are in. When you have been blessed with the love and devotion of a good man, it's almost unbearable to see a future without them,...but God has a plan for you and will guide you through all the pain. Everything looks different now, but be patient and find your way through. Let your family and friends love you through the hard days. You have many people who would be honored to walk beside you as you...

Dear Karen and Family,

I just heard the news of JB's passing.
My late husband, Al, and I, appreciated all that JB instilled in our two sons, Chris and Eric.

God Bless all of you.

A longtime friend is gone but never forgotten. I would like to add an accomplishment of which he was very proud. One day, probably in April of 1959 or 1960 JB served an early Mass at Spring Hill College and then proceeded to "walk and carry" 72 holes of golf at the Spring Hill College golf course (four eighteen hole rounds) He was always ready to describe and relive that day. WOW!

Dear Karen and all the Egan family.
What a sad time for you all and the community of Vero Beach. Some wonderful things have been said about J.B but their are not enough praises and words that can express the loss we all feel. God Bless you all.
Sincerely
Ed Peirce

Dear Karen;
Ann and I offer our condolences to you and yours.
I was fortunate to be in his class at Spring Hill. And tho we only met one another again each half decade, I have fond memories and deep respect for J.B.
...He will surely be missed by all.

JB was a friend, a colleague, and a brother. He lived his life totally consistent with his faith and his values. He contributed to making our world a better place, and he is missed.

Hi Karen and Family, our prayers and thoughts are with all on this difficult day. J.B. was our friend and a fellow SHC Badger who was loved by all; a man of good faith and generous to all. He will be missed but always remembered.
