Joseph Thomas Elsbernd

To the Elsbernd family. My sincere condolences to you. I just learned of Joe's passing. He was my 8th grade teacher who was somewhat of a mentor to me. I believe I was in his first teaching class at St Paul's in 1968 -1969. i felt very close to him then and now even though we never kept in contact. I appreciated Joe's help and concern for me in grammar school.

Its two months since you left us. There is a void that we can only hope time will heal.It was easy to look up to you,because you did so much good and helped so many.We were fortunate to meet you and become your friend.
