I have so many fond memories of Uncle Joe and Aunt Ruth , But mostly of the tales the World problems solved at Haddock Enterprises. Joe was a brother mason and a special friend. He was a big fan of my low country boil shrimp dish and I loved his pickled peppers. Will miss his exclamation CHEESSH and his clock hats.
