Joseph E. Evans, Sr., 74, of Harrisburg, passed away after a brief battle with cancer. Joseph was born in Middle Paxton Twp., and was the son of the late Earl and Anna Evans, Sr. He was a mechanic and 18 wheel truck driver, retired and ran the family business, Evans Auto Salvage. He enjoyed...
