Fondest memory of Joe was a Mounty game at the old Broadway Playfield. I hit the ball hard down the third base and knew I had extra bases. I rounded second and barreled to third. We mourn the loss of Joe Faccone, gentleman, "gentle" man, great coach, teacher and good friend. May be rest in peace.

My family loves Joe. Although not born as a Pellegrini-Lencioni-Tazioli-Pieretti, he ingratiated himself decades ago through his love and unwavering dedication to our cousin, Sheri.

Joe has been a beloved family member of ours for as long as I can remember. One of my first recollections was accompanying my dad, as we drove to pick up Sheri for Sunday dinner at our family home. She was living on the University of Washington campus in a residence for young women majoring in Home...
