Not sure what to say?

My condolences to the family. A very fair judge.

I had the opportunity of presenting cases before Judge Falcone when I was a Probation Officer in Passaic County. He was such a meticulous, detail-oriented, and tough but fair Judge that sometimes seemed to be tougher on the court employees than the defendants!! Judge Falcone definitely made a huge beneficial impact on the Judiciary system. My condolences and prayers to his family.

To The Family...I am soooo sorry. Your Husband/Dad, I will always remember for his respect, honesty and dignity. A one of a kind..a True Leader...I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to know such a brilliant man.

My Deepest Sympathy,
Love, Cathy

My heart is aching for his family ... he was a big part of my life at one point. I didnt realize how ill he was adn feel terrible that I didnt reach out. We were cousins through marriage and although my marriage ended, we still remained friends. I will miss him very much. I can see him up in heaven giving orders and making it an even better place to be. I love you Judge and will miss you very much!

I have precious memories of Joe, Richard and their wonderful parents visiting our home on Heckel Street on a regular basis. Although much too soon, I can only imagine the jubilation when he arrived in Heaven.
May God bless and comfort his family in this most difficult time.

In my heart I will hold onto the precious memories of a special friend. God Bless & watch over Beverly, Larissa & Thomas. Until we meet again...Love, Pam

So terribly sad to learn of the passing of Joe. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. If it weren't for Joe, Norman and I would never have met. Our lives would have taken such different paths. He will forever be in our thoughts. RIP dear friend.
