Dr Joe, my parents and I miss you so so much-you were the best Doctor, always giving me, Michelina a big, warm hug whenever I was bullied at school or treated harshly at work. Dr Farnese was far more to me than a doctor for over 30 years. He was like a father, a friend, a shoulder, a sounding board and a life saver. I have a hard time still speaking of all of the ways he helped me with my multitude of medical problems but the depression that often goes along with that.
