To the family of Joseph Fechtel, I extend my sympathy...and my good memories of the 1950s when my father, Arthur "Art" Joseph Williams worked for Western Hatcheries, Poultry Improvement. I was a child in 1949 when my dad, Art, and my mother Clotine moved from New Albany IN to DAllas TX because Daddy had been hired by Western Hatcheries.
