Not sure what to say?

15 yesrs since Joe passed on. I turned 90 in No., I am the only one left from the 4 Vets who shared an apt at E town. Ken Fasick, Ted Miller gone. it gets lonely still hanging around. always think of Joe as i pass by on I 78 or is it I81 remembering his home up on the hill. we shared a lot of laughs, beers, BS together.

I was a year ahead of Joe at JHHS, so i didnt know him until sept of 1958 when we started at ETOWN. roomed with joe ken fasick, ted miller at 111 1/2 Mt. Joy st. in etown. just a dump of an apt. for $45/month. it was well organized as might be expected from 4 veterans. what fun we had. joe and i played on the JV baskettbal team. we had a bus trip to camden, nj where we found out that our JV game was cancelled. so off we went to a bar, didnt want to waste our time. joe was so...

JOE WAS A CLASSMATE AND BASKETBALL TEAM MATE OF MINE AT ELIZABETHTOWM COLLEGE IN 1958. JOE WAS PART OF A GANG OF FOUR VETS WHO STARTED THEIR EDUCATION SEVERAL YEARS AFTER THEY GRADUATED FROM HIGHH SCHOOL. JOE WAS LIKE A BIG BROTHER AND SO ENTHUSIASTIC AS AN OLDER FRESHMAN. HE WAS SIMPLY, A GOOD MAN. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU.

Sorry I didn't see my old college friend before his death. Did make the service in Hershey, a beautiful time. Amazing how much our lives paralleled, starting out working in the corporate world, then realizing thru the grace of Jesus, that giving back to others was the answer. Laurel, Lois, or Jane, if wanting to share old memories with Joe, e-mail [email protected]. Rosie

Joe was a great friend & a teacher. I worked for Joe at Spectrum Adv in the late '80s. He shaped my life & career in many positive ways. While he may be gone, he is certainly not forgotten. Rest in peace my friend. Mark Post--Hbg, Pa.

To Joe's family: May God comfort you during this time. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I met Joe when we went to Ukraine in 2008. He loved working with the children there. He will be missed. Joe - you're with Jesus now. Keep watch over us.

We are saddened with the news of your loss. May you be comforted in knowing that Joe is now at peace. Our paths crossed several years ago through our mutual involvement in Sertoma. He will be missed not only by family but all who have known him. Our sincere sympathy...Tom and Sheila Reding, Sertoma International President, 2005-2006

To the family of Joseph Fiedler,

I am very saddened to hear of Joe's recent passing. He is now at peace. My prayers are with you during this difficult time. May your very special memories of Joe bring you comfort and peace.
I met Joe when I was a member of the Greater Buffalo Sertoma Club. "Sertoma" was so important to him. As a club president, I appreciated his leadership. He brought much knowledge and a jovial spirit to all Sertoma events. My deepest sympathy.
