Not sure what to say?

Dear Flanagans -
Another oak has fallen. Please accept my sympathies on the loss of your father. Just thinking of him brings a smile to my face - his dry Irish wit, his broad tolerance for life's foibles, how he and Margie were such a strong couple together, how much he cared for his kids and grandkids. For me, he will always be associated with Boy Scouts, fish fries at Holy Family, and breakfasts at Heinemans. Joe was quite a guy. He will be missed.

John,

You have our condolences for the loss of your father. It sounds as if he was a special man who led an extraordinary life. We hope that his commitment to his community and what I understand was an even deeper commitment to his family will give you comfort in this difficult time. Take care. You are in our prayers.

John and Debbie, Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during your time of need...Jenny, Meghan & Jared Schwartz

Dear Terry, Lynn and Family,

Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all, and we were so sorry to hear about your loss.

Terry, If you are anything like your Dad, then he must have been a very nice person.

Sincerely
Dineo, Leslie, Chloe & Dineo Black.

Dear Flanagan family, On this Good Friday, please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers as you commend our dear Joe Flanagan to the Lord. He, and your mom, Margi, were dear friends, in our church involvements, human rights and even travel to the former Yugoslavia and Rome in 1987 on a Marian Pilgrimage. They are now together again, in the Communion of the Saints, leaving us with many wonderful memories and a ton of inspiration. I'm leaving town Easter afternoon, for two days, and...

To The Flanagan Family:
My mom (Joan Wells) and I only got to know Joe after she moved to St. John's. He was obviously a wonderful man, full of life and the quintessential gentleman who I always looked for on one of my visits. The entire community was blessed by his life. We send our deepest and most heartfelt sympathy to all of you.
K. Richard Wells and Joan Wells

Dear John & Debbie,
I suffer with you in your loss. Both Ken and I wish to express our deepest condolences to you and the entire Flanagan family. Be comforted knowing that he has joined your mom in heaven.
Carol & Ken

Our prayers are with the entire Flanagan family during this tough time.
Your father was a wonderful man and a great father figure to all of us growing up.
