My fondest condolences to all the Flanagan family and friends at the passing of Joe Flanagan. I remember as a recent college grad, I was just about melting from the heat of a summer day when he created a gin and tonic, my first -- and to this day still my best, which cooled me. The Medford house surrounded by playing kids, and nearby Wright's Pond, will always remain a sweet memory for me, thanks to what Joe & Irene Flanagan created.
