Joby was a great professional and leader who worked for me at HII. He was a great Enterprise Architect and did so many researches for me and my team. He helped us build great professional Board reports and charts every Management and Board meetings and made us all shine. I worked with him for 8 years before I retired in March of 2023. This planet will miss a great leader and thought provoker. Many of us are heart broken and will miss great friend. Rest in Peace our dear colleague Joby Foley....
