I am very sorry for the loss of Joe. He was awesome. My heart goes out to his family and friends. R.I.P you will be missed Joe.

Joe did the absolute best work in the North East. I have the pleasure and the privilege of showcasing a most exquisite backpiece done by Joe. I cherish my tattoo for it's sentimental value. He truly was an artist as well as a visionary. He'll be missed by all that were fortunate enough to know him.

I can't believe my ears when i heard all the way here in niagara fall ny just recently that the man that gave me my very first tattoo has been taken away. I didn't want to believe it. The mickey mouse on my leg will always remind me of the person that always had a smile and a hello whenever seen. You will be missed
