JOE WAS A DEAR FRIEND AND COLLEAGUE. WE HAD MANY AFTER SCHOOL CHATS AND HE IS SADLY MISSED. ED REILLY AND MYSELF VISITED AT HIS HOUSE IN PA ONE TIME AND WE HAD A GOOD LAUGH AT JOE COMPLAINING HE COULDN'T FINE ANY GOOD BREAD AROUND HIS AREA! MISS YOU JOE VERY MUCH AND RIP. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. I HOPE ROSE AND YOUR FAMILY ARE ALL WELL.

My deepest condolences the entire Fosko family. Joe was a good friend and colleague. We both were in the Social Studies Dept. at Franklin High School for many years and even shared the same classroom.
Joe will always remain in my memories and my heart.
My heartfelt thoughts and prayers will always be with Joe and his family.

I have many fond memories of working, talking and laughing with Joe that I will always hold close to my heart. I miss him dearly and hope God is taking good care of him. Rest in peace Joe and know you are missed and loved by many.

Dear Rose and the Fosko Family:
Please accept my deepest condolences in your loss of Joe. I taught with Joe in the Social Studies Department where he served as Department Chair and teacher. I found Joe to be a wonderful friend and colleague and I will miss him. His smile and his laugh were contagious and I truly enjoyed working along side him. My prayers are with Joe and his family.

Joseph F Fosko is my grandpa. He was a great man. I can rember him takeing my candy and playing teacher with him. I loved him so much.
