I served with Joe on the board of the American Cancer Society . I found Joe to be competent and good example of a person who had an interest in helping society. He always had a smile and was eager to put all around him at ease.
My condolences to his family

Anne and Amy, I am so sorry for your loss. Joe was an outstanding person, who I was fortunate to have as a good friend. We shared many experiences together in the Life Insurance field, and the Rotary Club of Peoria. I have no doubt that he is now in Paradise.
