Joe Fox was a good man and a good neighbor. I'll always remember how proud he was to show me his classic car in the barn behind his home and how kind & generous Virginia and Joe were to my daughters (Megan & Chloe) each halloween by having a special treat specifically for them. Joe will be missed.
