Not sure what to say?

Terry, Judy, Margie, Rick and all the family and friends that feel the loss of such a nice guy. I hope you will all find peace in knowing he is in a wonderful place. May God Bless and comfort all of you in your time of loss. I will always remember Joe's smile and the fun we had. He will be sorely missed at the reunion. It won't be the same without our President. Thank you for the picture on the Guest Book, it totally shows his smile and great personality. RIP Joey

Dear Terry and family I have thought of you often over this last week, Every time I think of Joey I will smile, His smile always was warm and welcoming, his friendship a treasure. I will forever be grateful for the years I had the pleasure of knowing him. Sincerely: Sally

I was shocked to hear about Joey passing. I used to work with him in Binghamton until I left there to take a job with Amtrak. He will be missed by many. My deepest sympathies to his family, may God bless you all and keep you safe.

Jeremy Dixon and Family

Terry, Jen & Heather; Judy; Margie & Jack; Rick & Dawn: I was shocked to hear of Joey's passing. I guess you figure someone you grew up next door to will always be there and even though we are so far away I still think of you all as family. I can't begin to express my sadness but want you to know Mike and I are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

Terry, Jen, Heather, my deepest condolences. I can't put into words how I feel for you all and Joey. The world has lost the best father, husband, brother, friend, coach, and member of community that I have ever had the privilege to know. If I ever amount to a fraction of the man Joey was I will be more than content.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

Terry & Family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

There are friends and there is family. I think living in a small town we are all a little bit of both. To be able to follow someones whole life, you have to live in a small town. Joe loved Great Bend and Hallstead and only in small towns do we come together in a time of need. Joe was a true Democrat, more than I could ever be. He loved people, community and our Nation, but above all he loved his family. I am glad to have known him. He will be sorely missed by all. Maureen O'Hara
