I took his code review class at the town hall many times & he helped me get my electrical License.I knew Joe from my 25 years at greenwich hospital & 17 years as a Bethel Resident.

So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was a mentor to me in my years at Greenwich Hospital as an electrician. Always more than willing to provide guidance and support and his stories of days gone by were always a treat.
