He was my principal during the four years I attended Wilbur Cross High School and remember him to be such a happy, pleasant, and certainly a good looking man. I was honored to meet Joe at one of his doctors offices. He was such a sweet guy, and always brightened the office when he came in. I am so very sad to hear about his passing! I send my condolences to his family. He will surely be missed!
