We have many fond memories of singing with Jack in St. Paul's choir. We knew him as a great friend, and we admired his dedication as a father and husband. We will miss him dearly. Our deepest sympathies are with his family.

To the Frient Family-
I am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. We were so blessed with our the time we spent on the stage with Jack and his wonderful children, with the Very Special Arts program. He had a heart of gold, a beautiful voice and the most contagious smile and sense of humor. His dedication to Christ showed through in everything he did. I know he will be sadly missed by MANY PEOPLE but I also know he secured a spot in HEAVEN by his deeds, compassion, faith and daily testimony. We send our love to all, continued prayers as this will surely be a void in your lives that could never be filled.
With much love, friendship and respect-
Bridget Bazzinotti, Aicha Bouzad VSA Memories forever cherished!

We only knew Jack for 2 years but in those 2 years he blessed our family. He was a mentor to my husband and will be missed dearly. Jack brought my husbands music to many weekend masses and for that I will always be thankful. He had a heart of gold. He was A man of God. A devoted husband and father. A friend to my husband. A man who just loved. He sang from the depths of his soul and with passion that I've never seen. He will be missed. God bless you Jack. Your legacy is a gift and you won't be forgotten!

I will always remember Jack as the kind, loving, funny, silly, compassionate, strong and generous man that he was. He will be greatly missed on this earth; but heaven has gained an angel, who I am sure is singing at the top of his lungs with the great joy and energy that we knew Jack to have. His love of God and family was clearly shown in the way he lived his life. I keep thinking about Les Mis (which I know was one of his favorite shows) and the very last line "to love another person is to see the face of God"...Jack exemplified that statement. And all who knew him certainly loved him and saw the love of God through him. How blessed we all were to know him. To Carol, Jerry, Noah, Tim, Ronnie, Sarah, Erin, Katie, Andy, Anna, Jake and Bekah and your families, I wish I could be there in person; but please know you are in my prayers and thoughts and I love you all like a second family.

Jack was an amazing individual. A very spirited and kind hearted man. When it came to his choir he didn't care if you had a bad voice or who you were, he never turned anyone away. He touched the lives of many people I know, including me. And without him and the choir I'm not sure if I'd be the person I am today. Rest in peace, Jack. You are forever loved.

My earliest memory of Jack is when he started as a cantor. He had long hair, a mustache and an infectious smile. He made singing in cool and fun. He made life cool and fun. As life went on I cantored with him at mass and with the Prayer group.
Jack made our Manager Meetings fun at the 169 Board. He shared his insights and always had a pun or a joke. Jack made a huge impression on my life. I am thankful for the time ha had to share.
The sock puppet shows during the retreats with Gizzard the Wizard and his friends. Incredible Creativity.
God made only one. Thanks be to God that I got to know him. - The Peace of Christ be with his family. May heaven enjoy your latest resident.
