One of my old roommates in Knoxville texted me about Dr. Fuhr's passing. I am so sorry. He is one of the finest men I've every known--and you know what they say about good men: Behind every good man is a good woman. So glad I was privileged to work for him and to meet you as well. I am so saddened to hear of Dr. Fuhr's passing. I was so fortunate to have worked with him at UT Medical Center in the cancer center. He was such a great teacher, compassionate listener and patient with me as I learned to traverse my role with him in research! I know he is and will be missed by many. My thoughts are with all of his family.
