Dear Aunt Theresa, Joey and Joesph,
I was so sad to hear of the passing of Uncle Chippy. It was devastating. Uncle Chippy did so much for all of us and we had tremendous respect for him. I miss him already. I hope you publish his book about Rosebank. He read me a chapter and its terrific.
