Not sure what to say?

When I was at Mount Angel seminary in the 50s as a teenager, I remember Joe an older Seminarian, who is in charge of the work crew, which we called chain gang. And when I graduated from Saint Rose in 1950, I lived next to the Gagnon`s and so I remember Joan Joe´s wife. Wonderful people had a great asset to all Saints parish, where I grew up as a Seminarian. Grateful to God, For this wonderful man and great Catholic, Joe Galati.

To the Galati Family: My sincere sympathy is offered. Joe was a dear and kind man. A man of great faith. He was always good to me in my years at All Saints. I was blessed to have known him. He is with God.

Knowing Joseph Galati has been a very important part of our lives as we met him and each other at a local Recovery Incorporated meeting which he and another led for many years. He gave heartwarming interest and love to us and so many others. Blessings and peace to all who have known Joseph and become friends.

May peace be with the family. I met Joe through Recovery International back in 1992. We attended many meetings together over the years. He will be missed by many. What a great man.

You felt Mr Galati´s warmth and kindness as soon as you entered his home. He made you feel special and that all was right under the sun. He was warm, inspirational and fun. Mr. Galati´s very special legacy lives on in the wonderful and caring family he raised. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Joe Galati is forever known around our house as the mentor who taught our altar server kids how to confidently shake hands. He was the sacristan at every morning mass. Faithful and kind. We were lucky to have known him.

Mr. Galati was a ray of sunshine (no matter the weather) whenever we chatted in our shared neighborhood. We will miss his winning smile and his positive outlook.
