I MISSED JOE VERY much he was the only one in Eng. where we both worked. He and I parrelled our past experinces. Starting with Tool & die and ending up in Mech Eng. We had many problems we resolved together the best part we retired almost together but still working part time in Eng. for years. Its sad but I deeply like to past my condolences to his family. We were unbeatable and Joe! I will be right behind you with that ladder I created for the last challage.
