Dear family and friends of Joe, On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans, and having recently been informed, we offer our sincere condolences at Joe´s passing. My husband and I will miss dad which words will never be able to describe. I'm sorry that I only got to know him for a little over 6 years, I wish it had been endless years. But I do know he was a "Wonderful husband, father, and friend to many.The pain we feel with his departure cannot be put into words. Dad will be missed dearly. He will always be remembered for his love and commitment to his family. I shared many happy times with him growing up and he gave me the stength to continue through the difficult days of my life. Farewell Dad! Rest in peace.
