Not sure what to say?

Julie and Ed,
I am so so sorry for your loss. I was trying to find you and an address, and I see this tragic notice. My heart aches for you. You will be in my prayers.

I just found out about this tragic loss. I worked next to Joe in the ED at Banner Estrella as a nurse. All who worked with him know that the shift you worked with Joe would be a fun one ! Patient care was ALWAYS the highest priority, but you also need exceptional collaboration in the ED for the shift to run smoothly. Weather it was a stubbed toe or a life and death situation, Joe always was the patient advocate and had nothing but the best interest for the patient, and even the staff around...

Jennifer,
"I am so, so, so, sorry for you to have experienced this immensly terrible happening."
Feeling your pain with much love,
Gerald

I just heard the news. I was friends with Joe at JMU. He was a great guy, and I have fond memories of our time together. My thoughts and prayers are with the Gibson family.

Ed and Julie, I only just learned about this terrible tragedy. I want you to know that my thought and prayers are with you and Joe's family.

To the Gibson Family,
I just came from the Good Samaritan Hospital, where only 5 short months ago I was treated by Dr. Gibson. I learned of his tragic accident today, and I wanted to offer my condolences. Horrible things happen in life, but they are so much harder to accept when they happen to people who have such an angelic giving soul. I didn't know Dr. Gibson personally, but as his patient I was touched by his genuine concern for my health and my safety. He left a lasting impression...

Ed, Julianna, and the entire family-

We were so saddened to hear of your tragic loss. Joe's life has touched so many people. As a family, we've all been moved by Joe's story. We ask God to comfort and embrace you during this very difficult time.

Jennifer, Inge and I never met Joe. We are, however, friends of his sister Janet and mother Julie by having befriended Janet and her wonderful family in Heidelberg, Germany several years ago and later meeting Julie when she was visiting Janet and her grandchildren and son-in-law. And, we have learned of some the significant scientific accomplishments of Ed, Joe's dad. The personal character traits we've seen attached to Joe seem to run in the family. Please be sure that Joe remains...

Dear Jennifer

My deepest sympathy to you and Joe's family. Joe and I were friends in high school and I remember him as being kind and very funny. His humor helped my friend and I get us through psychology class during our senior year. We were looking forward to seeing him at our high school reunion and were sad to find out he could not make it because of prior commitments. I am sad that I did not get to know Joe as an adult but I can see that he turned out to be an awesome...
