Read MoreJoe was my first boss at the old Garrett AiResearch in Torrance. He was a wealth of experience and knowledge and certainly helped get my career started. I remember many fine Mexican lunches at Romero's near work where we would enjoy a burrito (wet) and a Dos Equis! He was a fine man and sorry to hear of his passing.
