Read MoreDeepest sympathy. I had 1 appointment with Joe but my brother, John Hughes, had an annual one for decades. Joe was so helpful to John's children when their father passed away. I know Joe had been to the home several times. My niece especially dreaded the day that he would retire. Joe made her aware of his relatives in Canada. He will be greatly missed by the Hughes Family.
