Possible permanent remembrance to Joe Goldin

Would you or any of Joe's other friends/relatives like to gather together to create a lasting remembrance for Joe? I thought we could maybe raise some funds towards one of the 2 ideas (below), or something else, if you have other suggestions ... a few ideas:
1) Tree planted in Joe's honor (in Central Pk)
2) Dedicate a bench (Central Pk) to Joe ...hopefully near his w.69 st neighborhood?
3) Contribution (in Joe's memory)...

Joe was our Best Man and was our son's Godfather. Even though we did not see each other often enough, Joe was always there in our lives. He enriched us with his presence, his vitality, his sheer joy of life. Losing him leaves an empty place in our hearts.

Sorry for your lost. May the fond memories bring you peace and serenity. Susan (Clair)

I miss you Joe - you've been there my whole life and I can't imagine it without you in it. You've been such an amazing friend and cousin to my mother and for that I will forever love you.

Joe Goldin leaves a legacy of friendship and integrity to his Upper Westside community. His neighbors for over 35 years have benefitted from his many kindnesses, baked treats, and work for neighborhood improvement. No taster lucky enough will ever forget the excellence that Joe brought to every bite he prepared--highest quality ingredients, perfect in both execution and presentation. He brought a similar attention to detail in his work for the block association and the cultivation of his...
