My condolences go out to the Gorga Family and Joe's close friends. I will miss Joe. He was my neighbor in LBI. He was always so cheerful and upbeat. Our block just won't be the same without him. I will remember him sitting out on his deck in Ship Bottom, taking in the sun and peering out at his ocean view. Joe's spirit will live on in LBI.
