I just learned of Joe's passing today and am still in shock. We developed a friendship while employed with ATF. We recently met in Boston for a Red Sox game and he discussed his children the entire night. He is very proud of each one of you. My prayers are with all of you. Joe was a good person and will be missed.

I will miss him,...
