Joey as I knew him as a child when going to my grandma Evelyn Andrits cottage on St Clair lake his grandparents live next door... Joey was some what older than me and fun so much fun to be with he was skinny like me and we all run and jump in the lake ... Always looked forward if he was there... Also knew his Dad as called Uncle Steve... He worked many years with my Dad JOHN SCHERRENS. I definitely remember those days long ago, as I myself now 77 his eldest daughter Sharon Anne Scherrens...

I was so sorry to hear of Joe's passing.
Mimi, you and Joe were such a loving part of Patrick's life. You both have meant the world to him. Please accept my sympathies. Joe and you were a loving influence in Patrick's life. He loves Dan and so appreciates the impact you had on him as he grew up. My sympathies and best wishes to you and your family.

Steve, I am sadden to hear of your loss, may god bless you and you family, during this difficult times.

Joe will be missed. I cannot make any of the visitations due to Honor Guard funeral of one of our members and Friday I have my once a year visit with the heart doctor. I hope Friday you have the Honor Guard for him as he did served. Sorry for your loss.
