Joseph was born on July 9, 1927 and passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019. Joseph graduated from Fortier High School and attended Loyola University in New Orleans for 2 years. After his sophomore year, he was drafted and spent 2 years in the Army Air Corp stationed in the Pacific. In lieu of flowers donations in Joseph's name can be made to Hadassah, New Orleans Chapter.
When my dad immigrated to this city, Joe let him stay at his house until he could stay in his own house. He also let my dad read his comic book collection
