To the family:

I'm so deeply sorry about your loss. I just came across the memorial site, and Shannon, you did a wonderful job! I know that when you would all come over on Christmas Eve or whatever event was going on for family functions, Joe always made us feel welcomed and always filled the room with good vibes. Everytime I saw him he was always smiling and you could just tell he had great pride in his family.

I want to express my deepest sympathies in Joe's passing. I still remember the times that I hung out with him and you guys on Chestnut street. He will be missed by many. God bless you all and keep your head up as Joe/Dad smiles over you.

Joe was always cracking jokes and making friends. I never spent a lot of time with him but the times I did, he made me laugh and feel like an old pal. He was a kind man with an open heart. I hope his family heals but remembers the great times. I'm sure he has Heaven laughing and eating good :)

We will all miss such a beautiful soul. Joey was a good friend, and will be missed terribly. My deepest sympathies to his entire family.
