Joseph C. Hailes Sr. CHESAPEAKE - Joseph C. Hailes Sr., 89, of the 2000 block of Cedar Road, died Oct. 31, 2008. A homegoing celebration will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in New Light Baptist Church. Corprew Funeral Home is in charge.
