It was 1969 at Philadelphia Electric Company when I first met this big man seventeen years my senior. What a sense of humor and kindness! Joe had a way of making me and others feel like family. It was a blessing to work with Joe until his retirement. He was a leader, organizer extraordinaire and friend to all. Condolences and love to the family!

GOD BLESS Joe and his family. I always enjoyed working with Joe at phila elec. But in recent years I would bike by and stop and have long talks with Joe and Agnes.Both I and my daughter Melissa had come to really enjoy those visits.I was really looking forward to enjoying that this summer. Joe was a rare wonderful person one rarely meets in a lifetime. Everyone that knew him will so miss him.
