Joseph Hample

I remember Joe as a person who was friendly with all the people in the Air Force Flight Dynamics Lab. I worked on a number of wind tunnel test programs in the same Division where Joe worked. It was in the early 1970’s when I was just starting out as a new engineer. Joe always treated me kindly. What I remember most that I liked about Joe was he cared about people and always had their best interests at heart. My prayers go out to Joe and his family. He is in God’s hands now and is smiling down...

Joe will be remembered by my children and me as a super guy. He was a mentor as well as a friend. He always had a word of encouragement whether it was golf, bowling, school, or life. Our memories will always look up to Joe... our best friend. He was one of the finest.
