Joe and I were colleagues for 7 years at Raytheon and then we consulted together after Joe retired. Joe was a true friend and mentor to me and he will be sincerely missed. Please accept my condolences on Joe's passing.

Joe was a good friend and a source of great encouragement and wisdom to me, and no doubt to countless others. He always brought a ray of light and great warmth into each of our conversations, and I will miss him dearly.
