Joseph C. "Joe" Harder

Joe was a true gentleman and opened minded senator when I worked with him a lobbyist. He was open and honest and didn't keep you guessing on how he would vote. If he disagreed with you he said so. If he said he agreed with you and would vote for you, he kept his word.

I will always remember Joe as a calming influence when political issues became heated.

He served his state well.
