Joseph passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2015. Joseph was a resident of Kinston, North Carolina at the time of his passing. Joseph served his country with the United States Air Force for four years. He was married to Marjorie. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday October 28 2015 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday October 29 2015 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Hank Jarman officiating. Burial will follow the service at Rainbow Church Cemetery.
