What a wonderful and funny man.
Proud to have him as one of my uncles.
Sorry to have missed the celebration of his life but we were in Italy.
Will always remember him as having something good or humorous to say; whether at 814 or at his homes in Mobile or Savannah.

Lisa and Aunt Nell, when I think of Uncle Jack, I always have a smile on my face. He was our "go to guy" on Meridian Drive! If you needed a home repair , he was the man, if you needed some advise, he was our mentor and if you needed a hug or a kind eye, he was our "Uncle Jack!" Keep us smiling and keep your eyes on us. There was only one "Uncle Jack", the true meaning of a "Man". As the the "origional settler" of Southside Heights, he was our neighborhood "father figure" for so many of us that grew up on Meridian Drive. He will be missed, but his memories will be with us forever...
