Not sure what to say?

“Uncle Jack” was one of the kindest and gentlest people I ever had the honor of knowing. I think of him often and miss him even more.

What a wonderful and funny man.
Proud to have him as one of my uncles.
Sorry to have missed the celebration of his life but we were in Italy.
Will always remember him as having something good or humorous to say; whether at 814 or at his homes in Mobile or Savannah.
Will forever remember where I was on the morning of July 26th, 1956 as we had just completed a "Road Trip" with Aunt Mag, sister Lynn,Una Lyons, and (I believe) Bessie Clark from Mobile to Meridian Drive. We...

Lisa and Aunt Nell, when I think of Uncle Jack, I always have a smile on my face. He was our "go to guy" on Meridian Drive! If you needed a home repair , he was the man, if you needed some advise, he was our mentor and if you needed a hug or a kind eye, he was our "Uncle Jack!" Keep us smiling and keep your eyes on us. We feel your love!

Jack will be sadly missed by his brother Frank. May the family have comfort and peace that he was a wonderful man.
Pat & Frank

I am sorry for your loss. Mr. Harrison was always helpful, pleasant, and a real gentleman.
Sincere sympathy, Ruth/the "Yard"/Estimating

Aunt Nell, Lisa, Jerry and kids,
So sorry for the loss of Uncle Jack -- he was truly a wonderful man that I was proud to be related to!! Ron and I were unable to make the trip but I am sure Joe and Rita have represented the family well. "And He will raise you up on eagles wings, bear you on the breath of dawn, make you to shine like the dawn and hold you in the palm of His hand." Love and prayers, Mary Mag and Ron Welch

Lisa,

So sorry for your loss. May your memories bring you comfort. (Revelation 21:3-5)

There was only one "Uncle Jack", the true meaning of a "Man". As the the "origional settler" of Southside Heights, he was our neighborhood "father figure" for so many of us that grew up on Meridian Drive. He will be missed, but his memories will be with us forever...
