Joe was one of my father's (Elvin Richard-Roseville, MN) BEST FRIENDS from their childhood days in Niagara, WI. He spoke of Joe often and remained close despite living miles apart, until the day the Lord called Joe home on Sun, March 4. Joe and Norma meant alot to both my father and my mother.
