Not sure what to say?

I played soccer with Joe at South Eugene High. He is two years younger then I am. He was league's MVP his senior year. Definitely gone too soon. He will deeply be missed.

I played soccer with Joe at South Eugene High. Joe and Conrad Schmidt, played varsity 3 years in a row. I think the two of them should have been team captains. Since they were the most experienced players. Their senior year. Joe was also a very nice person. So sad to have lost him. He is two years younger then I am. I played soccer with Joe at South Eugene High. He played varsity as a sophomore, and he was league's MVP. His senior year. I am saddened about his death. He is two years younger then I am. I extend my most dearest and deepest sympathy. To his family.

So very very sorry to hear of his passing. Keeping you all in my prayers. I was a fellow classmate of Joe´s at SEHS. We will surely raise a toast to him this August at our 40th reunion

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Joe gave us some of the wine that he made from grapes I had planted thirty years ago. We have been letting this wine age, but will now open it and drink a toast to Joe and his life and friendship. We feel...

Had the chance to meet Joe during business dealings. Great guy and extremely smart, sad to see him go. RIP.

Joe was a mentor to me and many others and he truly left a legacy. I wish his family peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love at this time of sorrow. My heart goes out to you at this difficult time.
