Joe and I were born cousins, but we grew up as brother and sister. He was an uncle to my children. My little brother grew into a wonderful, caring and awesome guy. He is missed terribly by his family, but he will be remembered for who he was. Joe was a great guy who loved life and lived it to the fullest. I take comfort in knowng he passed quickly and did not suffer. I would like to express my deep gratitude to everyone who sent flowers and mass cards in Joe's memory. The kind words and...

Our condolences to Joe's family at this very difficult time.
Joe was one of the good guys and we will miss him dearly.

I feel blessed to have had spoken to Joe the night before he passed away. He was a someone I knew for 10 years at PennDot.
He will be greatly missed by all who came in contact with him.

We were so stunned to hear of Joe's passing. He was a wonderful friend & neighbor & we regret not keeping in touch more. We'll miss his deep voice, great laugh & his friendship. To his surviving family members; we're sorry for your loss. God bless you all.

Joe will be geatly missed by many. He was a great guy and a great person to work with I only knew him a short time but in that time i am glad to have met him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends and my felow coworkers at Penn Dot.
