The death of Dale Earnhardt, #3 forever, was one of the worst days of my life. Only being a huge fan, however, just adds to the bottomless ocean of tears cried by so many family members of so many great drivers, such as Earnhardt, Petty, Bonnett, Allison, just to name a few. Racing changed forever for me on February 18, 2001; the pain felt by so many countless others deserves only my deep respect, and wishes for healing for broken hearts everywhere.
