Not sure what to say?

Both Joe and now Amy have joined the spirit world. RIP my friends, gone but not forgotten.

Shihan Holk will always be remembered as a great martial artist and leader. 100% true man. A Great man. This is a loss to many. My regards.

The Creswell family has such wonderful memories of Joe Holck. He taught life skills and values to our sons, Steven and John. We enjoyed and valued our friendhsip with his wife, sons and duaghter. We have fond recollections of his luaus with pit cooked pork and Hawaiin treats on skewers.
Our deepest sympathy to his family. You have lost Joe but you will never lose his legacy.

Dai Shihan, you teachings will not be forgotten, a part of you and the people you've touched will continue to touch many more. Shihan Vinson, Wilber and all of the Ohana my deepest condolences. He will be missed.

Grandpa,
I've known you for all my life. You've always had a joking nature and put smiles on everyone's faces. I know you have been a great mentor to all of your students and they will carry on your tradition and ways. As my sister said, you have a way of inspiring people. And you always willLove you grandpa forever&always.

You were such an inspiration and visionary in the martial arts, as well as my life. Thank you for all that you have shared and the light you brought to all of us who knew you. I will always remember your quick smile and joking nature. You are greatly missed and will be forever remembered.

Dai Shihan Holck was always cheerful and friendly every time I saw him. He was quick to joke with me and loved people. His legacy will be carried on through the Kodenkan of Tucson. Even more so his character is revealed through his sons and daughter who will carry on the tradition of excellence in martial arts instruction. All my best to his family and friends.

This loss is the passing of a Great Icon not only as a phenomenal Martial Artist but also an Amazing Human Being of un-equaled Humanity, Humbleness, Courtesy, Respect, Honor, Encouragement and Understanding. His Visions provided the Sight of the Journey Ahead and his discipline provided the path of structure to see it to fruition. His mentor-ship and a remarkable way with people offered True Guidance and Sincere Love for the Success of his Family, Students and Instructors. He will be Greatly...

Those of us who knew you and loved you will miss you greatly. I know you are smiling down on us from Heaven.
