Read MoreFor the last 5 years we have lived on the 3rd floor in the same building as Joe and Isabelle. They both have brightened our day every time we saw them together...no matter what they were always smiling.
You know the old phrase he is in a better place now...well he is the Lord needed Joe to help him and he is there to do just that.
You will be missed "neighbor" but never forgotten.
